Established in 2017, Bhagyashree has grown from a single warehouse in Palsana to a network of state-of-the-art logistics facilities across Gujarat. Our journey reflects a commitment to innovation, employment generation, and regional development.
2018
Foundation and Strategic Expansion
First Warehouse Construction by Bhagyashree – Palsana
In 2017, Bhagyashree entered the logistics sector by establishing a 110,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Palsana, Surat, which was leased to Flipkart. This facility marked Flipkart’s first warehouse in the Surat region and played a crucial role in the area’s logistics landscape. It generated employment for approximately 450 individuals and supported 200–250 truck movements daily, significantly boosting regional supply chain efficiency.
Building on this momentum, Bhagyashree expanded its infrastructure capabilities in 2019 to meet the increasing demands of the logistics and supply chain industry. These strategic developments laid the foundation for future projects and collaborations, firmly positioning Bhagyashree as a trusted partner for major e-commerce and retail companies.
2020
Strategic Infrastructure Expansion
In 2020, Bhagyashree expanded its warehousing capabilities with the development of a 65,000 sq. ft. facility in Makhinga, Palsana, Surat, which was leased to Reliance Retail (Metro). This warehouse created employment for 200 individuals and managed around 50 truck movements daily. In the same year, the company also launched a 152,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Vesma, Navsari, leased to Reliance Jio Mart. This facility provided jobs for 550 people and handled 150–200 trucks each day.
Continuing its growth trajectory, Bhagyashree further advanced its infrastructure in 2021 to keep pace with the increasing demands of the logistics and supply chain industry. These developments laid a solid foundation for upcoming projects and strategic collaborations, reinforcing the company’s position as a reliable partner in the sector.
2022
Strategic Expansion and Infrastructure Development
Between 2022 and 2023, Bhagyashree further solidified its presence in India’s logistics sector. In 2022, the company concentrated on strengthening its warehousing infrastructure across key logistics clusters such as Kosamba-Palsana and Palsana-Sachin. These efforts were in response to the rising demand for Grade A warehouses in Surat, reflecting the company’s proactive approach to evolving market needs.
In 2023, Bhagyashree established Bhagyashree Logistic Park in Surat, including dedicated facilities in the Textile Park to support the growing textile industry. During this period, Bhagyashree also delivered a customized logistics hub for Zomato, enabling faster and more efficient last-mile delivery across South Gujarat. This collaboration marked a significant milestone in supporting India’s dynamic food-tech and quick commerce sectors.
2024
Strategic Expansion and Infrastructure Development
Between 2024 and 2025, Bhagyashree continued to strengthen its position in India’s rapidly growing warehousing and logistics sector. In 2024, Surat witnessed the highest year-on-year growth in warehousing transactions across the country, fueled by key deals involving major corporations. Bhagyashree played a pivotal role in this growth by supporting e-commerce giants with state-of-the-art facilities, thereby enhancing overall supply chain efficiency.
In 2025, the company expanded its footprint by establishing Bhagyashree Logistic Park in Surat. These strategic developments highlight Bhagyashree’s ongoing commitment to delivering cutting-edge warehousing solutions and fostering regional economic development through robust infrastructure and industry partnerships.
