This state-of-the-art warehouse is designed to meet the growing demands of the logistics and e-commerce sectors, offering efficient storage solutions combined with seamless connectivity to major transportation routes.

The project focuses on optimizing supply chain operations with ample space for truck movement and parking, ensuring smooth logistics handling. Now completed and leased to Apollo Supply Chain, the facility caters to Meesho’s warehousing and distribution needs, enhancing efficiency in one of India’s fastest-growing e-commerce ecosystems.

Contributing significantly to regional employment and economic growth, Italva – 1 has generated approximately 250 jobs, empowering local communities while strengthening Surat’s position in the warehousing industry.
